Cress for spring season

Small leaf, concentrated power: Even small quantities are enough to conjure up an extra spice on the plate with cress. It is an undemanding kitchen herb that is ideal for decorating and topping breads, salads and spreads. Or fill a croissant with cream cheese and organic salmon and enjoy!

Garden cress can easily be grown by yourself at home: Garden cress sprouts even without soil, e.g. in seed trays on absorbent cotton, in only a few days – keep moist!
