After harvesting, consume as soon as possible as the sugar converts rapidly into starch. This variety has a distinctive corn aroma.
Sweet corn prefers nutrient-rich, permeable soil in a protected, sunny area. Fertilize vigorously as it grows.
Tip: Sow 3 grains per 8 cm pot or 3-4 grains per plot station. Harvest corn at 10cm for fresh baby corn or preserves.
