Description
Hyssop is an easily manageable, fragrant herb used in small quantities, either dried or fresh, for soups, salads, sauces, roasts, vegetable dishes, on fresh tomatoes, potatoes and in tea. Its beautiful, blue-violet flowers make for decorative garden borders while attracting bumblebees and butterflies.
Hyssop is characterized by its spicy flavor, similar to rosemary, sage, arugula and mint.
Do not cover the seed with soil rather press it down lightly. Be sure to choose a sunny location.
