Description
A simple kitchen herb that goes well with soup, salad or buttered bread. Always use fresh cress.
Sow in growing trays with some soil, sand or cotton wool; keep moist and warm. For direct seeding, sow in partially-shaded locations every 3 weeks in loose, nutrient-rich soil either in rows or broadcast. Cut cress once it reaches a height of 5-7 cm.
