Coriander loves loose, rich soil in a sunny location. Always keep moist during the germination period. Sow in rows. The leaves can be harvested regularly. Make sure not to pick all of the leaves, otherwise cilantro will be unable to continue its growth. Use as you would parsley – albeit in smaller amounts. Do not cook! The fruits and seeds can be used in the kitchen as well.
