Early, tender yet tough-skinned
An outdoor variety that grows rapidly, forming medium-sized, tender tubers. Water regularly! Consume fresh or freeze.
Kohlrabi prefers nutrient and humus-rich soil. In dry conditions, water regularly to keep the kohlrabi from bursting. Fertilize from time to time. Lack of water and nutrient deficiencies lead to stunts in growth.
Sow thin. Harvest earlier by covering the area with foil. Rotate crop each year!
